They find creative solutions when parking availability is tight and their team is friendly and helpful. They recently helped us with two events with 500+ contributors in downpours. Working with seniors oftentimes requires a higher level of patience and professionalism, and this team does not disappoint! This company goes above and beyond when it comes to being punctual, efficient, and polite. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for event parking on our campus!

I have attended multiple locations where Southern Valet handles the cars. At a recent visit to Hog & Hominy, I saw there was a slight issue on the bottom of my car when we went to leave. Within minutes the team was on the phone trying to solve the situation and make sure I could get home safe. The next morning, I was already set up to go repair it. The issue ended up being 100% not related to Southern Valet and my manufactures fault yet they gave me the best service and were so responsive. I cannot say enough good words about the team and owner. Responsive, kind, attentive, and bringing up solutions. The only valet service that should be in TN!
